Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order along with size/weight. Oversized or heavy items will be subject to additional shipping charges. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge of your order prior to final billing and shipping.
Most orders will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground or USPS in the continental US. Some orders may be sent through another service if determined to be the best choice of carrier. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as International orders will incur an additional shipping cost.
Remember, your package will be shipped to you from the day we receive the parts, not from the day you order them. We will only ship to the address associated with your credit card.
Orders are sent without insurance if you would like to add insurance to your shipment we ask you to call us and we can bill the additional cost for insurance. We are not responsible for damaged packages that are not insured.

Below is the list of shipping costs per order amount for most continental US orders. Shipments out of the US will incur additional shipping charges. Remember, large, heavy and or over sized orders require more shipping cost due the size of the items in your order.

Due to the time and materials to order, receive, box and ship small orders we include a $5.00 handling fee on all orders under $100 dollars. This cost is included in the shipping for orders under $100 dollars.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Most International orders will be shipped by USPS. UPS also offers Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express for international shipments. These shipping services are higher due to the fees that UPS charges. The customer should expect to pay taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. as they are NOT included in the order total.
TRACKING MY ORDER
If you create an account or sign in before placing the order, you can go back into your account to review your order and retrieve the tracking number when the order ships.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Most orders will not ship until 4-5 business days from order date, so please allow 8-12 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, etc., and International Orders. Most orders will be shipped together to save additional shipping cost.
PARTS AVAILABILITY
We check availability of every part that is ordered before charging the amount to your card. If all items on your order are available, we then charge the order amount to your credit card. If items are on back order or discontinued, we will contact you via email or by phone to see if you still need the available parts on your order. After we receive a response back from you, we charge the revised amount to your card and proceed with your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You must contact us before returning any items to us. All returns must be returned no later than 15 days after delivery date. If a return is granted, we will supply you with a return number that is to be labeled on the outside of the returned shipping package. do not ship parts back in just the original package. Please place in another box to be shipped. DO NOT MARK ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OR DEFACE PART NUMBER. If package is marked up or part number defaced, the package will be returned to the customer. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if, in the original unopened package and still in new condition. It must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. Customers returning packages without a return authorization number will either be charged shipping to return the package or will be accepted as free gratis. If a package is denied for any reason besides the package being damaged, the customer will incur the return of the package to us as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 15 business days for all returns to be processed from day of package return. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
CANCELLING AN ORDER
As soon as orders are received, we pull the order, check availability and charge the card accordingly. Once this has been done, the order has been submitted to our vendor/manufacturer. We have had an increase of non-stocking items on hand due to customers cancelling orders after submitting them, so A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL CANCELLED ORDERS. The vendors charge us to return these items back so the fee will be charged to the customer for return of parts. We charge these fees because this is what the manufacturers charge us to return the parts to them.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.
PAYMENT METHODS
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted (ie. Visa, MC, Amex, Disc). Credit card purchases verified for your protection. No COD's accepted.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
